Professional Summary

I have proudly led a comprehensive myriad of Human Resources functions from managing the large market operations of a fortune 500 company’s health and welfare benefits to being the one-stop-shop HR of a non-profit outdoor amphitheater since graduating from Baylor. I thrive in chaotic environments where a combination of both smart, nimble processes along with human touch keep the wheels effectively turning while maintaining the happiness of clients, employees, and internal colleagues. My greatest passion is to help people and the businesses grow through the employees that shape the day-to-day operations. Everyone has a voice and a story to tell that I want to hear.
